Before the founding of Carsten R. Streb e. K., we already wanted to integrate the factor of sustainability as best as possible.
For us, this means taking responsible actions and finding ways to connect the use and protection of resources, humans and animals, nature and culture.
Simply offering a service that is sustainable and of high quality was not enough for us.
Aligning all processes and the entire company on a responsible, value-based, and thus "optimally" sustainable foundation was and remains our goal in company development—step by step.

Furthermore, in order to make a targeted contribution to the further development and spread of public awareness, we promote the topic of sustainability on many levels.
For us, clarity and transparency are very important!
Let us show you how we have already implemented sustainability in the best possible way based on the criteria of: Ecological, Social, and Ethical factors.
Ecological.
We have already implemented sustainability through efficient, digital work processes – including working remotely from home, which significantly reduces commuting and thus our CO2 emissions (resources).
In our office and home office, we only use sustainable energy providers.
For documents that are required in paper form, we use recycled and recyclable paper.
Additionally, we rely on energy-efficient, long-lasting electronic devices.
We have also been a partner of the WWF e.V. through our company "Global Protector" for several years.
We support their mission: "We want to stop the worldwide destruction of nature and the environment and create a future in which humans and nature live in harmony."
Social.
We strive for financial happiness – which also means the financial well-being (financial health) of our clients.
At the same time, we value the well-being of our employees. In addition to the fun of the work itself, we support them wherever we can.
We value communication with both our clients and employees on an equal footing, appreciating their feedback and suggestions to continuously improve.
Ethical.
We have been a member of the Gemeinwohl e.V. (Common Good Economy) in Austria for years and are now also a member in Germany. "The Common Good Economy establishes an ethical economic model. The well-being of people and the environment becomes the top goal of economic activity."
This means not pursuing profit maximization.
The "Common Good Economy" refers to an economic system built on values that promote the common good. The goal is a good life for all living beings on the planet. Human dignity, solidarity, ecological sustainability, social justice, and democratic participation are central values in this model.
Discrimination against minorities, xenophobia, homophobia, racism, sexism, or the use of violence are firmly rejected by me personally, as a company, and as a member of Gemeinwohl e.V..
We are convinced that we are all, each in our own way, in a process of transformation toward greater sustainability. It helps to sharpen our awareness and bring the will for change and development – each person on their own journey.
